Abstract:

The Equity Through Flexible Delivery conference was held to provide information and skill development around the concept of flexible delivery so as to contribute to enhanced access and participation by women in TAFE. This report is a summary of the proceedings.

Subjects of papers include flexible delivery from different perspectives (OTEN, Industry, South Australian) and a report on the training needs of NESB women.

The report includes workshop questions and slides used in the presentations.
