Abstract:

This paper discusses and examines some of the approaches to performance measurement issues in the vocational education and training industry in Australia. Many issues are still unresolved but the new direction to performance measurement appears to be a step in the right direction. Unfortunately the selection of performance measures has created a totally new range of problems.
