Abstract:

The article provides information about the Quality Training Company, which grew out of Jim Finlayson's work organising training programs for staff at the Stamford Plaza Hotel. The company conducts training needs analyses, personal development courses, courses in the hospitality industry, employment and motivational training, and case management.
