Abstract:
This publication analyses and collates statistics from the Australian Bureau of Statistics 1986/91 Census and 1986-1993 Labour Force Surveys to produce a profile of current employment trends in Western Australia. The paper compares employment growth in Western Australia and Australia, and by occupation type, industry type and by region.
