Resource sharing between higher education and TAFE: a survey of Australian institutions

The survey represents a May/June 1992 'snapshot' of the moving target that is Tertiary Education in Australia. The process was straight-forward. The names and addresses of seventy-six Universities and TAFE State offices were identified by consulting handbooks, and all were sent a simple questionnaire in May 1992 asking them to indicate current resource sharing. A copy of the questionnaire is attached as Appendix 1. A list of institutions surveyed is included as Appendix 2. Analysis was completed on 30 June 1992. Results therefore relate to the latter date.
