This report has been prepared for the APEC Tourism Working Group (TWG) and presents information on the current state of skill shortages faced by the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) tourism sector and the leading practices that can be adopted by key stakeholders to overcome these skill shortages.
