Abstract:

Transgender people are one of the most discriminated high risk groups in India. Transgender is an umbrella term for people whose gender identity and expression does not conform to the norms and expectations traditionally associated with the sex assigned to them at birth. A livelihood comprises the capabilities, assets (including both material and social resources) and activities required for a means of living.
