Abstract:

This report from the UK focuses on the role of university careers services in addressing the gap in graduate outcomes and, significantly, gives voice to practitioners who are leading institutional strategies. The study is built on a wide-ranging review of literature and policy, and includes new evidence derived from over 30 interviews with leading practitioners.
