Abstract:

This report presents the findings from an analysis of workforce data from the Staff Individualised Record (SIR) dataset for further education (FE) providers in England for 2015-2016. The data covers a broad range of provider types including local authorities, independent training providers and third sector providers in addition to FE Colleges, sixth form colleges and specialist colleges.
