Abstract:

This report comprises two main parts, the first part examines concepts and a proposed framework on some of the best practices on human resource and talent management being adopted by the industries. The second part presents a compilation of best practices on human capital development observed by each economy and supported by case studies to showcase how some of these practices are being adopted by the selected [small and medium enterprises] SMEs in the economies concerned.
