The National Foundation Skills Strategy for Adults (the Strategy) provides a blueprint for action to develop the foundation skills of the Australian adult population. The Strategy recognises that current and future economic, social and technical demands have heightened the need for solid foundation skills for adults within, and outside of, the labour market.
