This report, produced for the [Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development] CIPD by the Centre on Skills, Knowledge and Organisational Performance (SKOPE), explores the relationship between economic performance and skills and finds that it is not enough just to build skills in the UK to strengthen the economy.
