SEAMEO RIHED is the Regional Centre for Higher Education and Development working for the 11 Member Countries in Southeast Asia under the umbrella of the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organisation (SEAMEO). This report was undertaken by SEAMEO RIHED in support of the decision by regional policymakers to move towards a southeast Asian higher education quality assurance framework.
