Abstract:

In 2012, Ako Aotearoa: the National Centre for Tertiary Teaching Excellence and the New Zealand Union of Students' Associations (NZUSA) commissioned Heathrose Research to undertake research into how tertiary education organisations (TEOs) can effectively use the voice of students to improve quality of provision.
