Abstract:

This evaluation report endorses Workplace English Language and Literacy (WELL) as a program that delivers benefits for business and is highly regarded by both employers and employees. An external consultant was engaged to review the program’s current funding model, program processes, quality and outcomes against its aims and objectives.
