Abstract:

This report documents a research project which was carried out in Newbridge Youth Training and Development Centre (NYTDC) County Kildare between April 2008 and January 2009. The study is based on the winning research proposal to examine a whole-organisation approach to literacy which was submitted by NYTDC for the 2007 Adult Continuing Education (ACE) Award.
