Abstract:

Storytelling has always been a universal human characteristic used in the past to pass on information and knowledge, educate and encourage the transfer of cumulative wisdom from one generation to the next' and to encourage personal healing and creative problem solving. In this article, the author discusses storytelling as a coaching/training tool.
