Abstract:

This paper is a study of distinct international investment models in tertiary education. It compares OECD countries with a special emphasis on investment models developed and exercised in the USA, UK and Australia. The study aims to identify existing investment models, funding mechanisms and the main trends in investment strategies adopted by different overseas jurisdictions.
