We are keen to include as much relevant material in VOCED as we can, and we are always willing to consider material submitted to us.
Users are encouraged to submit their own documents for inclusion in VOCED, in hard copy or electronic format, or to send us information about a document.
Australian users
Please send 2 copies, if possible, directly to the national clearinghouse together with a document submission form if you wish to include details about the publication such as an abstract or suggested key terms. You can send the form electronically (note you will still need to send the documents separately unless they are in electronic form) or you can print it and send it.
International users, including UNESCO-UNEVOC members
Please send 2 copies, if possible, directly to the national clearinghouse at NCVER, together with a document submission form if you wish to include details about the publication such as an abstract or suggested key terms. You can send the form electronically (note you will still need to send the documents separately unless they are in electronic form) or you can print it and send it.
We are also happy to consider for inclusion documents sent to the national clearinghouse, without a submission form. In this case we will prepare an abstract.
If you do not wish to send copies of the publication, but would like to have information about it included in the database, you can send us the information via the document submission form. You must include information about the availability of the publication.
